GEORGE MICHAEL Older (Rare 1996 one-sheet proof artwork for the Compact Disc, booklet pages and back sleeve, produced by Sonicom in Hammersmith, London. This artwork sheet measures approximately 36" x 25" and shows the CMYB [Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black] 4-colour separation scale for screen printing. These proofs are usually destroyed so this is a rare survivor. George himself was credited with the sleeve design for Older, along with graphic designer Simon Halfon. The photographer wasBrad Branson. This remains in excellent condition. There are light folds from its original storage - when the offices at Virgin were cleared out this was destined for the trash but luckily it was retrieved and has been stored away ever since! This would now make a really interesting display piece if suitably framed...)
