In August 1992, surreptitiously taken photographs of John Bryan, an American financial manager apparently in the act of sucking on the toes of a topless Sarah, Duchess of York were published in British tabloid newspaper The Daily Mirror. To avoid further embarrassment to the Royal Family, Warner Bros took the decision to withdraw from release the picture disc, sending all 50,000 copies for destruction. Only 138 copies escaped creating an instant rarity. The picture disc had a double sided insert with the barcode and title information printed on the reverse.
