Includes a deluxe interview booklet plus a UK issued 15-track advance promotional copy CD [ADV1999/1] as well as six double sided calendar cards. This was only distributed to radio and select DJs and is housed inside a striking die-cut fold out pack which doubles as a stand-up frame for the calendar cards!)
