DAVID BOWIE Man Of Words / Man Of Music (Mega rare 1969 US promotional issue of the 9-track stereo LP, generally regarded as the first Bowie album proper, featuring Space Oddity & the early masterpiece Cygnet Committee. The labels are custom black on white, complete with the retail internal pocket gatefold sleeve with lyrics inside. The sleeve is outstanding with no deletion cuts or holes. There is a light score mark visible in the top left corner & a few more that are slightly difficult to detect on the back near the top, but otherwise this jacket has obviously been carefully handled in its life. The sleeve shows little other wear of note. The vinyl is clean & reveals just the slightest bit of cosmetic wear not affecting play, remaining in Excellent condition. A really nice example SR61246)
