This single was therefore only available asa 7" in Holland with 2 variant sleeves, the more common red background and black lettering or this cowboy sleeve which was taken from a photograph of a young boy [Robert Duncan] dressed in a rodeo outfit, from the 1965 movie 'The Uncle'Disc is mint with only very minor creasing on the rear of the sleeve.
