YOUNG MARBLE GIANTS Colossal Youth (1980 UK Rough Trade 15-track vinyl LP by the three piece post-punk group from Cardiff who formed in the late 70's and influenced a whole generation of musicians on the Welsh scene and beyond [including a certain Kurt Cobain], super minimalist production featuring the sublime clipped guitar sound of the Moxham brothers, home-made drum machines, a keyboard and Alison Statton's distinctive, detached vocals - they were a band out of their time and ittook the world about twenty years to catch up! Housed in a glossy picture sleeve. The sleeve shows some light shelf wear and the vinyl has just a few minor paper scuffs - one of THE seminal records of the post-punk era. This copy also includes a 24-page A4-size illustrated lyric booklet ROUGH8)
