THE BEATLES Red And Blue Albums (Superb 1993 official Mexican EMI Capitol award, presented to Paul McCartney for sales of more than 50,000 copies of the albums '1962-1966' & '1967-1970'. The award has 2 centrally mounted silver colour 7" singles, with labels which are copies of the picture CDs. Above this are two CD cases with picture sleeves, flanking a silver 'Beatles' name strip. The dedication plaque is mounted beneath the singles & features artwork and EMI/Apple logos.The background & frame are a duo of red and blue with a coordinated frame. Certainly an unusual award from an unusual place, but nonetheless, absolutely genuine and official. )
