MICHAEL SCHENKER GROUP The Best Of [1980 - 1984] (2008 UK 16-track CD album - Michael Schenker's legendary guitar skills were originally put to use in the heavy rock band The Scorpions, he then joined the band UFO with whom he stayed and worked with for a period of time. It was around 1978 when Michael decided the arguments were no longer for him so he left UFO. Although Ozzy Osborne and Aerosmith both asked him to join their bands he declined and went on to form The Michael SchenkerGroup. MSG have recorded numerous albums over the past 28 years and 'The Best Of 1980 - 84' is a fantastic collection of highlights from this period. Includes live recordings 'Into The Arena', 'Victim Of Illusion', 'Doctor Doctor')
