THELONIOUS MONK TRIO Monk's Moods (1966 UK 10-track LP, comprising three separate sessions. The first four numbers were taped on October 15th, 1952 with Monk alongside Gary Mapp [bass] & Art Blakey [drums], the last four with Max Roach on drums in place of Blakey ('Blue Monk' & 'Just A Gigolo' recorded two years later), front laminated flipback picture sleeve. The sleeve [VG+] shows some ring wear creases & some age yellowing whilst the vinyl grades VG+/EX- with some hairlines notupsetting play PR7159)
