LABRADFORD Prazision (Original 1993 Canadian 12-track CD album, the first release on the American indie Kranky label out of Chicago, and Labradford's debut album - a fine longplayer that helped to define the ''post-rock'' style of the early '90s.Along with groups such as Tortoise, Slint and Mogwai, Labradford rejected the typical blues-rock riffs of the previous three decadesin rock music, in favour of light and dark shades, quiet to loud motifs, and an emphasis on texture.
