THE BEATLES The Beatles Ultimate Collection (Rare 1988 UK special order only empty black roll top box issued to contain the LP versions of the 1987 remasters. The distinctive black wooden boxes have been designed for style, durability and easy access with the original front opening roller shutter (like a bureau desk) made from hard-wearing wood composite. The box itself measures 15" x 15" x 4½" deep & has 'The Beatles' at the bottom of the roller shutter. The advantage of this box over the cassette & CD version is that there are no recesses inside, so it can just as well contain your pristine originals as the remasters. The box is also supplied with a 5" x 7½" sixty four page glossy book with notes on each of the tracks, discography & many great photos & is still in the original mailer box - Mint! BOX1)
