U2 The Fly (Rare French Island silver 'Face 1/2' injection moulded label wide centre vinyl 7" test pressing for the 1991 single release, also includes 'Alex Descends Into Hell For A Bottle Of Milk/Korova 1' on the b-side. Housed in a white die-cut sleeve which has been hand-annotated with the catalogue number, artist name and country plus date stamped '28 Aout 1991' plus the sleeve has been affixed with the studio engineer's hand-written library tag)
