This eloborate award features nine 3" x 3" artwork images of the album, with '1 million sales' to '9 million sales' text underneath each of the covers, which are featured along the top and down the left side of the award. There is a silver LP disc mounted alongside a 10" x 8" colour photograph of the band and a custom dedication plaque withthe text 'Thanks For Helping To Answer Our Prayers And Make Believers Out Of Those Who Thought Bon Jovi Was A Bad Name' plus facsimile band autographs and a yellow and black 'Slippery When Wet World Tour 86-87' logo.
