The band blended a modern pop/soul style with a nod of respect to the great all malevocal groups of the late 50s and 60's. 'To Whom It May Concern' features the hit singles 'Tribute [Right On]', 'Riding On A Train' & 'Enchanted Lady', and comes expanded with 5 Bonus Recordings including 'A Little Love', live versionsof 'I Believe' & 'All Night Long', and rare 12" mixes of the band's two biggest hits: 'Tribute [Right On] [Q Street Mix]' and 'Riding On A Train [Clapham Junction Demo Mix]')
