ANTONIO SOLER Six Concertos For Two Organs (Scarce 1970 UK stereo LP featuring both the Main [Positive] & Continuo Organs of Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral, played by Terence Duffy [the then incumbent Cathedral organist] & world reknowned organist Noel Rawsthorne. These six pieces were originally composed for members of the Spanish Royal Family during the 1750s, who were amongst Soler's pupils, and have seldom been heard since as few places have contained the required pair of sympathetic organs to execute them. Both the fully laminated picture sleeve & the vinyl are in wonderful condition with very little sign of being forty years old - a superb copy! LPB659)
