THE JAZZ COURIERS The Message From Britain (1961 US 7-track mono LP on the Jazzland label, recorded in London on June 23rd and July 3rd, 1959 with Tubby Hayes on tenor sax, vibes & flute, Ronnie Scott on tenor sax, Terry Shannon piano, Kenny Napper bass & Phil Seamen drums, pasted picture sleeve. Apart from a sticker stain to the top left corner, probably where an old cataloguing sticker once lived, the sleeve shows just light shelfwear with a little writing on the back. The vinyl remains in excellent condition with just a few light surface hairlines to show for its fifty years JLP34)
