JOHN MAYALL The Mono Edition LP Remaster Series (2011 US 38-track 3-LP Mono vinyl reissue set. Comprised of superb remastered editions of the 12-track 'Blues Breakers' LP [originally released in July 1966] featuring Eric Clapton, including bluesstandards by long-established artists such as Otis Rush, Freddie King & Robert Johnson, as well as a few Mayall originals. The 14-track 'A Hard Road' LP [originally released on London Records in February 1967] featuring Peter Green, John McVieand Aynsley Dunbar. Plus the 12-track 'Crusade' LP [originally released on London Records in September 1967] featuring Mick Taylor on lead guitar and early bass duties from Fleetwood Mac's John McVie, featuring a version of Willie Dixon's coveted classic I Can't Quit You Baby. Each LP is comes housed in its own picture sleeve reproducing the original artwork with liner notes by John Mayall and Neil Slaven.
