This is a guaranteed original LP - not one of the counterfeits that started to appear a few years ago. This can be confirmed by the machine stamped matrix numbers which are as follows:

The fold-out circular picture sleeve is prone to wear and splits from constant folding and unfolding - this one however has all folds/edges intact with only minor shelfwear, mostly ringwear and general scuffing and some light creasing to the exposed corners & some light edge scuffing which is easily overlooked and doesn't detract from the overall beauty of the piece.

There is a little light wear to the edges of the lyric inner, but again there are no splits with all text clearly legible.

The vinyl has only a few very light surface marks from being taken in & out of the sleeve but do not spoil the ambience of one of Bowie's all time masterpieces. The labels have German perimeter text and are beautifully clean with sharp silver print and only a couple of very light spindle marks around the centre hole indicating little & very careful play.

A genuine original in superb condition - these just don't come around very often. Don't sleep on this one!
