THE BEATLES Please Please Me (Rare original 1963 German 14-track STEREO LP, pressed in very limited numbers exclusively for distribution to US military bases in Germany, fully laminated pasted back picture sleeve. The sleeve on this copy is invery respectable condition with just the previous owners name written in small letter on the reverse and is otherwise showing just a little light wear & some age yellowing at the edges. The vinyl too has fared remarkably well & whilst obviously played has also been well looked after in what must have been a difficult environment.The vinyl shows the owners name on one side of the label plus several light surface marks/hairlines, most of which are cosmetic although some minimal surface noise is evident at times & there is the occasional click. That said, it plays through without fault & has a sound and clarity that only the early sixties pressings can give. Overall, a very acceptable VG copy of this incredibly rare album at an extremely advantageous price ZTOX5550)
