The incredible debut solo project from Red House Painters mainman Mark Kozelek, after their rocky break up following the release of Old Ramon. This album is beautiful from start to finish, from Carry Me Ohio's rich textures and beautiful harmonies, through to the almost heartbreakingacoustic bonus track Gentle Moon. This album is not just essential for fans of Mark Kozelek, but for any music fan, who appreciates the somber side of life.
