VARIOUS The Best Of Black Jazz Records 1971-1976 (1996 US 12-track double LP compiled by Soul Jazz Records/Universal Sound boss, Stuart Baker. Features many wonderful Rare Groove & Spiritual Jazz tunes from the short lived Black Jazz Records label based in Oakland, California. Doug Carn's 'Higher Ground' & Kellee Patterson's beautiful version of 'Maiden Voyage' are cult classics. The gatefold picture sleeve [VG] has some ring wear scuffing & there is an old cheap price sticker attached. The vinyl remains in Excellent condition with only the odd light paper scuff to show play USLP2)
