THE KENNY CLARKE / FRANCY BOLAND BIG BAND Fire, Heat, Soul & Guts (1969 US first issue 8-track stereo LP on the solid blue Prestige 'Bergenfield N.J.' label that was only used from 1967 to 1969, marking this very firmly as an original issue, pasted picture sleeve. This album features a seventeen piece big band including such luminaries as Idrees Sulieman, Jimmy Deuchar, Eddie 'Lockjaw' Davis, Johnny Griffin, Ronnie Scott, SahibShihab & more, giving a superb showing on a very, very good record. The sleeve shows just a little light shelfwear & the vinyl remains excellent with few signs of play - A wonderful copy! PRST7634)
