Movin' & Groovin' - 1st - DG - West 63rd

HORACE PARLAN Movin' & Groovin' (Very rare 1960 first US issue 8-track deep groove mono vinyl LP on Blue Note, with 'West 63rd NYC' label address plus 'RVG' stampers & 'ear' etchings in the run-outs. Also features Sam Jones on Bass & Al Harewood on Drums, pasted picture sleeve with 'West 61st' address on the back. The sleeve has seen better days, with some discolouring on the back, edge scuffing & tape reinforcement along the top, yet all text is clearly legible & the spine is lookinggreat. Despite a number of light hairline scuffs, the heavyweight vinyl has been professionally cleaned & still plays a treat, with just a little light ambient surface noise & the odd click audible on occasion. By no means mint, we have graded this copy conservatively as a 'G' but plays to a respectable VG standard BLP4028)
