BENNY GOLSON Stockholm Sojourn (1965 UK 8-track mono LP, recorded for Prestige & featuring a number of US ex-pats such as Benny Bailey, Cecil Payne & Grachan Moncour III taking up residence in Sweden, which proved a haven for many jazzmen. Also on the record are Polish bassist Roman Dylong, who managed to slip out under the Iron Curtain, plus the talented Swedes Bengt-Arne Wallin [trumpet], Eje Thelin [trombone] & Rune Falk [baritone sax], front laminated flipback picture sleeve. The sleeve & vinyl are in superb Excellent condition with minimal wear & few signs of play SL10150)
