VARIOUS The History Of Ska 1960-1965 Volume 1 (1970 UK Bamboo Records mono LP compiling twelve killer Ska cuts, culled from the 1960-65 period & all recorded by Coxsone Dodd at his world famous Jamaica Recording studio on Brentford Road, Kingston. Don Drummond, Roland Alphonso, The Wailers, The Skatalites... they're all here. Usually found partied to death, if found at all that is, here is a stunning clean copy. The front laminated sleeve shows just a spot of minor corner creasing& the vinyl is practically near mint, with a faint detectable bow not affecting play in the slightest. Recommended BDLP203)
