G.I. GURDJIEFF Improvisations (Rare 1971 French first issue limited edition 9-track LP of Harmonium improvisations by the celebrated Philosopher & Mystic, recorded in the year leading up to his death on October 29th 1949. At that time, Gurdjieff was living in Paris and often finished an evening of teaching and discussion with impromptu improvisations on Harmonium or Piano. These recordings have been recovered from very rare acetates, so the noise you hear is part of the original recording and not this disc. The sleeve shows just light shelfwear & a bit of edge scuffing with the vinyl remaining in excellent condition & showing little sign of play AAB560)
