KENNY BURRELL A Night At The Vanguard (1959 US first issue 8-track deep groove mono LP on a black & silver Argo label, a very hip & fresh sounding nightclub date that captures Kenny at his very best [& coolest], up close & personal alongside bassist Richard Davis & drummer Roy Haynes. The pasted picture sleeve is historically tape reinforced at each corner, & otherwise shows minimal shelfwear with no writing or tears. The vinyl is a nice & clean VG/VG+ with just some mild surface noise evident during the start or quieter sections & a very enjoyable disc allround LP-655)
