DAVID BOWIE Amsterdam (Monster rare 2015 Dutch exclusive 2-track digitally remastered 7" single pressed on Orange Vinyl issued to celebrate the opening of the V&A's David Bowie IS at the Groninger Museum inthe Netherlands on 11th December 2015, also includes a live version of My Death recorded at New York's legendary Carnegie Hall in September 1972, housed in a custom-stickered & sealed picture sleeve with an image of Bowie live onstageatCarnegie Hallon the reverse.
