BALDWIN MIKADO 2-8-2 & PRAIRIE 2-6-2 Steam Railroading Under Thundering Skies (1961 UK 12-band STEREO LP on a 'deep groove' Argo label, featuring recordings made by Mobile Fidelity on Bonhomie & Hattiesburg Southern Railroad Company engines in Mississippi. The first side is devoted to the 1925 No. 300 Mikado type battling into and through a huge storm near Hattiesburg. The second side is devoted to the 1926 No. 250 Prairie type as it has a more peaceful run between East Hattiesburg & Beaumont, then back to Hattiesburg. The fully laminated flipback sleeve shows just light shelfwear, with minor creasing and a little stressing at the opening, with the vinyl remaining in EX-/EX condition with just a few light surface hairlines to show for its fifty five years ZDA25)
