THE SMITHS Meat Is Murder (Super rare 1985 UK Rough Trade hand set preliminary artwork design concept for the promotional poster, presented on high quality line board with hand annotated tracing paper overlay and frontleaf,measuring 11" x 17",features a hand traced sketch of the iconic Year Of The Pig 'cover star' image. Wonderful work in progress with original hand annotations detailing planned typeface, corrections and colour tone proposals. Although 32 years old this possibly aone-of-a-kind item shows virtually no wear and is just crying out to be added to your Smiths collection!)
