Shakespeare's Sister - Artwork

THE SMITHS Shakespeare's Sister (Very rare 1985 UK Rough Trade hand set preliminary artwork design concept with Pat Phoenix cover star image, presented on high quality line board with hand annotated tracing paper overlay, pantone colour chart and frontleaf, measuring 14" x 17". This Smiths rarity most probably originates from early on in the design process as it does not specify any particular format or intended use, instead you get the wonderful black & white stand-alone image of Pat Phoenix with 'yellow' Pantone indicator [the same colour which would be used on the finished artwork], with Smiths logo below. Although the front leaf is no longer attached otherwise the item is in superb condition, perfectly clean and begging to be framed!)
