1974-77 Fanzies

QUEEN 1974-77 Fanzies (Back in 1974, just as the band were gaining momentum, they started up an Official Fan Club, nobody knew exactly how big the band would eventually come. What we have here is a folder containing some of the earliest fan club fanzines we have seen. Dating from late 1974 where the design was basically a card folder with the newsletter printed on A4 sized paper, with the first one dated December 1974. The previous owner has hole punched them and stored together in the folder along with biography details and more. Please see more information for a more detailed breakdown)

Tracklisting & More Information

We will break this down as much as we can into years, so above we have mentioned 1974, so the following will be continued in years, just to try and make this a little bit more easier.

1975
This fantastic bundle also includes two identical Summer Newsletters from Summer 1975, and one for Autumn 1975, all featuring details about tours, album and single release including Bohemian Rhapsody, the cover features the classic crest image from the Night At The Opera album.

1976
There is also a Winter Issue from 1976, this time the cover features the crest image from A Day At The Races, and again covers details about album and singles releases along with other news.

But that is not all, this also includes a 1976 calendar and all kinds of correspondence from the fan club.

1977
We have two from 1977, the Spring & Summer issues, these feature a more compact format size with a different colour to the covers. Again each feature news and details about the band, as you would expect.

Miscellaneous Bits
To complete this exclusive bundle, we have put together eleven early fabric patches, each featuring really early designs, with variations of the crest and name logos.

A great pen with an early name logo on the side, and finally fourteen different badges of size and design, again featuring really early logos.

A fantastic item and certainly some of the earliest items we have ever seen from the band.
