Also includes an All Region NTSC DVD offering the RCA material in 5.1/Dolby Digital sound plus rare photos.Housed in an 8" x 8" package with an extensive 68-page booklet including notes on the NY Sessions with unpublished photos. The sleeve has some light edgewear and the CD tray on the inner sleeve has been glued at a slight angle. An excellent example, offered at an advantageous price)
