THE EARTHQUAKES Soul System '1' (1969 UK 12-track stereo LP - Funky South African Beat music from the late sixties recorded in Johannesburg by local students with fuzz organ & the odd break. Includes song medleys like 'Memphis Underground/SoulMessage', 'Bacon & Eggs/Mumsey's Hips' & even a Beatles cover, housed in a superb & unique front laminated picture sleeve. The sleeve [VG+] shows some minor ageing & faint ring wear & the vinyl is nice & clean & grades EX/EX- with just a fewlight paper scuffs to show play. Rare Teen Beat from the motherland! RPM7004-S)
