RAY OWEN'S MOON Moon (Rare 1971 UK 9-track vinyl LP, picture sleeve. Although credited to a band name this is effectively the only solo album from the former Juicy Lucy [Vertigo Records] vocalist/guitarist, fancying himself as a bit of a Hendrix guitar slinger, it's choc-full of super-charged heavy blues psych nuggets not dissimilar to Blue Cheer, Toad, Stray and Captain Beyond. The matte sleeve displays some visible edge scuffing but remains free of any rips/tears/writing etc, the vinyl is Excellent with just a couple of visible hairlines not affecting play - the first copy we've ever had too!)
