BRIGITTE BARDOT Brigitte Bardot (1980 French issue of the 1968 15-track stereo LP, picture sleeve. A fantastic slice of Gallic psych-pop, featuring the sitar based masterpiece Contact by Serge Gainsbourg, which sounds as if it could have beenrecorded by Stereolab three decades later, as well as the hammond-heavy Saint-Tropez, best known to British ears as the theme to the after-the-pub gawk-a-thon Eurotrash. The sleeve shows just a little edge scuffing & minor shelfwear, with thevinyl remaining in excellent condition with just a few light surface scuffs to show for its forty years. Très jolie! AZ/2332)
