Side A matrix numbers: DK-1004-A PRC-C-1-1 kdisc
Side B matrix numbers: DK-1004-B PRC-C-1-1 kdisc (The B looks almost like a number 3)

The band name and album title is printed in red on the front cover.
The record labels are white with black print, the same as the first issue.
Vince's big hair on the back has been fixed, and there is a pair of Sunglasses printed in the centre also on the back cover.
On the inside of the cover there is a few millimetre gap in the seam that you can't see from the outside.
The inside of the cover is unbleached and has a light brown natural paper color look.

This example has the second insert varient, with Nikki Sixx pointing his arm straight out.

Condition
The sleeve displays some minor general storage wear with some scuffing to the front and a couple of light creases, the back has some discoloration with a split/tear in the top right corner. The fragile design of the sleeve meant that the edges were prone to damage, this example has started to split at the top and has a tiny split at the bottom open corner.

The insert looks to have maybe been displayed by the previous owner, with tape on each corner, and has a small tear, otherwise remains complete.

The labels are clean with just a few light spindle marks, whilst the vinyl has just a few noticeable surface marks, mostly paper scuffs from the inner and just a couple of light hairlines. We have professionally cleaned & play tested and can confirm this displays no major deterioration in sound quality.

Although not mint, this example reaches a Very Good condition, offered at an advantageous price.
