LARRY YOUNG Of Love & Peace (Rare 1966 US first press 4-track MONO LP on the Blue Note 'New York USA' address label with 'Van Gelder' stamp in the run-outs, a sprawling Post-Bop workout that draws from Soul Music just as much as the Avant-Garde. Includes a lively ten minute version of Miles Davis' 'Seven Steps To Heaven', housed in the original pasted picture sleeve with cover artwork by Reid Miles, '52 West 61st St' address on the back & the Liberty era catalogue inner. The cover [VG+] has no splits or writing & shows a little minor edge scuffing & very faint foxing on the back, with all text legible including the spine. The vinyl is nice & clean & in Excellent condition with barely any play BLP4242)
