CHARLES BRACKEEN Rhythm X - The Music Of (2004 US issue of the 1973 4-track LP on Strata East, one of the most cutting edge & collectable American Jazz labels of the seventies, taking over in terms of vision from the likes of Blue Note & Impulsefor its deeper, more soul-searching music & roster of artists. The album was produced by Clifford Jordan & also stars the great Don Cherry, Charlie Haden & Edward Blackwell. The picture sleeve is Near Mint, still in the original open shrink with no deletion cuts. The vinyl is near 'as new' SES-19736)
