KESTREL Kestrel (Very rare 1975 UK 8-track vinyl LP, picture sleeve. A cult prog collectable from this British 5-piece, a much sought after slice of melodic prog and symphonic rock with plenty of mellotron and strong guitar work/songwriting from Dave Black [he would later work with Bowie] and compares favourably with Caravan, Camel, Moody Blues, Fruup etc. Obtained from a former music journalist this 'one previous owner' copy is in great shape, the sleeve shows very little wear [just onelight crease] and is graded Excellent, the vinyl is superb and grades Near Mint with no spindle wear and just a couple of very faint whispy lines visible. This was their sole release [not even a single!] and has become a highly prized prog/rock rarity. This is the first copy we've ever offered for sale too! Recommended HIFLY19)
