The first issue of the groups debut album in Japan, has the orange text on the front and has the addition of the 'Art Rock' logo.
Unlike the UK pressing, this has a gatefold picture sleeve with lyrics printed in English and details about the band in Japanese text.

The back has images of the band members, with a unique printing error where the band members' names have been mixed up under the picture, with Jimmy Page the only one captioned correctly. This second issue has this error corrected.

Pressed by Nippon Grammophon with green & blue Atlantic label design.

And finally, the rare obi-strip, which is often missing. With the '¥1,800' price point matching that which is printed on the reverse of the sleeve.

Condition
The sleeve displays some light general age-related wear with some light discoloration mostly to the back. There is some light foxing on the inside of the gatefold, but nothing too excessive, and has no splits or rips.

The obi strip remains complete including the 'C.Z Sale' voucher on the back. A miracle to find complete after almost fifty five years.

The labels remains very clean with very little signs of spindle marks, in fact the vinyl remains in a fantastic 'near mint' condition with very little, if any, signs of play.

An amazing example and the first copy we have ever had the pleasure to offer, a must have for any collection.
