Raw, untamed, and unfiltered Grinderman is the feral and confrontational explosive debut album from Nick Cave's short-lived yet powerful offshoot featuring long-time Bad Seeds collaborators Warren Ellis, Martyn Casey, and Jim Sclavunos. Formed as a raw response to Cave's own creative restlessness, the group leaned into garage rock, feedback-drenched riffs, and chaotic blues to unleash something entirely visceral. Originally released in 2007, featuring standout tracks "No Pussy Blues" and "Get It On", the album was recorded with producer Nick Launay and received widespread critical acclaim for its abrasive sound and fierce energy.
