The sleeve features retouched and cut-up images of Paris, while the CD features a 40 minute relentless instrumental called 'That's Hot' with audio snippets from Paris by someone mysteriously credited as 'DM'! The song titles on the sleeve were also changed to 'Why Am IFamous', 'What Have I Done' & 'What Am I For'! SHEER GENIUS!)
