The song is an ode to debauched Saturday nights spent in Liverpool haunt 'Le Bateau', a night which possesses the slippiest staircase in the Northwest of England. The song examines the happenings that occur in our night clubs: falling down the stairs, sneaking in for free, forgetting the words on the dance floor, scrum-like dance moves and thefreeze-frame effect of a blinking strobe light.
