LOU RAWLS Black & Blue (Circa 1967 / '68 UK beetroot 'World Sound' label 11-track vinyl LP, arranged and conducted by Onzy Matthews featuring I'd Rather Drink Muddy Water, St. James Infirmary and Strange Fruit receiving the deep and meaningful Rawls treatment. Front laminated flipback picture sleeve with Lou looking particularly reflective and preoccupied with his thoughts on the cover, as any serious soul jazz musician should! The sleeve has some laminate creasing on the front and alittle discolouration on the reverse, but the vinyl is in excellent condition with just a few light surface scuffs TP716)
