KEITH EMERSON / GLENN HUGHES / MARC BONILLA Boys Club: Live In California (2009 UK 10-track CD album - This album is a rare snapshot of a marriage of three musical forces: Keith Emerson, Glenn Hughes and Marc Bonilla coming together to form whatis now been branded as 'Boys Club'. Backed by the infamous Dragonchoir [Bob Birch, Mick Mahan, Ed Roth, Joe Travers & Mike Wallace], it was captured live in 1998 during a series of sold out concerts in California. The album features cover versions like 'A Whiter Shade Of Pale', 'Long Journey Home' and 'Hoedown', Emerson, Lake & Palmer material [including a 20-minute version of 'Tarkus' - the progressive classic, here featuring Hughes on vocals] and a brand new song which was produced especially for the tour.)
