THE LEVELLERS A Weapon Called The Word (2010 issue UK Deluxe Edition 2-disc [CD/DVD] album set - Having already gained a considerable reputation as a formidable live band with a couple of EP's under their belts, the 1991 release of 'A Weapon Called The Word' signified the beginning of a career that has, so far, spanned two decades. Classics such as 'Carry Me', 'Together All The Way' and 'England My Home' are still being played regularly in the live set today. This 2010 edition comes expanded with Previously Unreleased Live Versions of 'England My Home', 'I Have No Answers', 'Barrel Of The Gun' & 'Carry Me' recorded for a 1991 BBC Radio 1 Mark Goodier session; plus a Bonus DVD including the 'Together All The Way' video diary shot by the band's crew, which offers a rare insight into the band on tour in the heady early years of their career; it is shot with a handy cam and contains plenty interesting of footage of the band, crew and fans!)
