MEAT PUPPETS In A Car (1985 US 5-track EP, the first release from the L.A. based 3-piece punk-hardcore band, featuring 5 lightning fast tracks of early agreesive US punk that paved the way for sounds much later indulged in within the screamo, grind and power violence scene. Recorded with Devo engineer Ed Barger and featuring the instrumental Out In The Gardener. Issued on a 3" SST custom disc, with an illustrated card wallet reproducing the original front cover sketch. The disc and wallet are housed in a single jewel case for safe keeping, essentially for this classic SST keepsake! SSTCD044)
