KORN Issues (1999 US limited edition 16-track CD album produced by Brendan O'Brien and including the singles Falling Away from Me, Make Me Bad and Somebody Someone, complete with picture sleeve. This album was released with four different coverseach designed by Korn fans as part of an MTV contest, this copy features the Brad Lambert 3rd place contest finalist artwork of a cartoon image of the band in straight jackets. This copy has two satin 'Photo' tour passes attached to the case [one on the front and on the back] which is date stamped Feb 29 2000 as was used on the supporting tour for the album)
