The labels are black with Parlophone logo in yellow and tracklisting in silver. The labels have the 'Gramophone Co' perimeter text & 'Sold In The UK' print & the KT tax code is clearly visible on the first side.

The matrix numbers are machine stamped into the dead wax thus:
Side One YEX689-1
Side Two YEX690-1

Condition : -

The front laminated picture sleeve is a deep shade of purple with '6809' dated Garrod & Lofthouse bottom flipback. The sleeve shows some minor wear mostly to the edges a little more so to the opening edge where the laminate has fallen short. All text is legible & there are no splits, and the wear has not effected the signatures.

The vinyl has been professionally cleaned & appears in VG-/VG condition. There are some spindle marks by the centre hole, as well there might be for such a classic release, there are some noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Thanks to the quality of sixties vinyl, playback is much higher than our initial visual grading.

All in all, a very nice example of this signed rare & desirable first press.
